Mini Maria

The standard Mini Maria model is constructed using 110 mm thick CLT logs.
Internal walls are also made from 110 mm CLT logs, with both sides left visible for a natural finish.
The standard kit includes an insulated roof and a Ruukki Classic metal roof covering.

The square metres can be amended to suit the proposed new planning laws of 40 square metres. Site location, height restrictions and space requirements need to be taken into consideration.

The Layout and design can be customised to a larger size or to suit your specific needs.

All materials used in the construction of this house are of premium grade, ensuring durability, quality, and aesthetic appeal.
